Problem.
Soteria Solutions identified a critical need for streamlined communication and management within the Joint Proof and Experimental Unit at Proof and Experimental Establishment Graytown. With a complex project portfolio, including the ambitious Small Arms Test Facility, there was a requirement for a cohesive approach that bridged the gap between engineering concepts and practical execution. We took on a dual role as both an engineering contributor and a mentorship-driven manager at Graytown, addressing the identified challenges head-on. Our teams' proactive engagement with management led to structured self-development initiatives, completing courses in NATA Quality Management, National Measurement Institute Time and Frequency Measurement, and the Defence Test & Evaluation Practitioners course.
